Darling Point Project
Internal demolition, remediation and complete renovation of apartment including floors, walls, ceilings, joinery, electrical and plumbing. New kitchen layout to take advantage of stunning harbour views. TEID successfully worked with strata, building management and overseas owners who requested an apartment to be initially leased and ultimately lived in by them so all finishes had to be both attractive and durable.
